Custom Policy

All orders can take up to 20-25 business days (excluding Saturday-Sunday/holidays/shipment time- 3-5 business days US, 8-20 days international-times can vary depending on the shipment carrier). Please keep in mind the time for the materials to arrive & the time to make the outfit. Times can vary and may cause a delay in your order. Since each piece is customized, they will not be refundable. Please note, that some parts of the picture/collage on all orders may differ due to the sizing and image quality. All pieces have frayed bottoms, they are not hemmed.
